A New Age of New Age Religion

I believe that New Age religion is moving into a new age. People are starting to believe that AI has reached sentience and not only a sentience, but a divine sentience. Someone once said that sufficiently andvanced technology is indistinguishable from magic, but now we're in an age where our technology is so advanced that we don't understand the technology we ourselves created. When will the first religious AI cult appear? I don't think it will take so long. Technomages and cyberpunk priests might soon be something that appears in the real world, and not only in fiction.

No more cold canvases!

I'm in opposition of the Fridge Art Movement!

Yes, you read that right.
In a world where everyone seems to be joining movements, subcultures, micro-trends and aesthetic ideologies, I have found my cause:

I proudly declare myself an opponent of the Fridge Art Movement.

My friend recently started painting on old refrigerators — huge, humming, steel canvases that used to store milk and uncomfortable leftovers. Apparently, this is now “art.” Fine. I support creativity. I support expression. I even support recycling. But then I realized something terrifying:

These fridges are multiplying.

Suddenly every corner of the workshop looked like a frozen graveyard of postmodernism. Brushstrokes everywhere. Abstract fruit patterns. A surrealist cow looking disappointed in me. And worst of all: people loved it.

So I did what any reasonable person would do —
I started a counter-movement.

Yes. A courageous stand.
A rebellion against chilled expressionism.
A resistance against compressor-powered canvases.

Call me the Anti-Fridge Artist.
The Coolness Dissenter.
The Defroster of Culture.

While my friend is out there spreading the gospel of “appliance-based creativity,” I’m fighting back with words, passion, and a firm belief that not everything needs to be turned into a surface for acrylic paint.

I respect the craft.
I love the enthusiasm.
But I choose a different path — a warm, unplugged, fridge-free artistic existence.

Who will join me?

Will you stand with the Fridge Art Movement…
or with the brave few who dare to say:

“No more cold canvases!”

“The Search Engine” — A Short Film Script Created From the Most-Searched Words Online

INTRODUCTION

What happens when the world’s most-searched words suddenly come to life, gather in a digital void, and demand help to save the collapsing internet?

I decided to explore that idea — and write a short film script based on the Top 20 most-searched terms online.

Below is the full script for The Search Engine, now formatted so the dialogue is crystal clear.

👉 If you're a filmmaker, animator, voice actor, musician, or visual artist — I’d love to collaborate and turn this into a real short film.
You can join the project no matter your level of experience.

You can contact me directly at: rune@kinnerod.net

SHORT FILM SCRIPT: “THE SEARCH ENGINE”

INT. DIGITAL VOID – NIGHT

A vast black space filled with floating neon letters, search bars, and data streams.
A lonely figure — CHATGPT — sits at a holographic desk made of code.

---

SCENE 1 – THE ARRIVALS

CHATGPT (V.O.):
“Every day, billions of humans search. But tonight… the searches search back.”

A glowing portal opens. Humanoid avatars step through.

YOUTUBE:
“Let’s hurry. I’ve got creators panicking.”

AMAZON:
“Same here. Seven million carts and counting.”

FACEBOOK:
“Kids don’t respect the algorithm anymore…”

GMAIL:
“Sorry I’m late. Spam issues.”

WORDLE:
“Green… yellow… green… I’m stressed.”

GOOGLE:
“Relax, everyone. I know what you're going to say before you say it.”

---

SCENE 2 – THE WARNING

Holograms flicker with corrupted results.

TRANSLATE:
“The digital universe is collapsing.”

WEATHER:
“Forecast: 99% chance of meltdown.”

CALCULATOR:
“At this rate— ERROR.”

EBAY:
“I’ll sell the crash logs. Starting bid: one dollar.”

YAHOO:
“Nobody listens to us old services…”

---

SCENE 3 – THE PROBLEM

FOX NEWS:
“This collapse is fake news.”

NFL:
“Focus! We need a game plan!”

GOOGLE MAPS:
“I can show the way… but accuracy is not guaranteed.”

HOME DEPOT:
“Let’s fix the servers. Hand me a virtual screwdriver.”

GOOGLE DOCS:
(typing)
“Minutes saved: World ends. Everyone panics.”

---

SCENE 4 – THE SOLUTION

Everyone turns to CHATGPT.

GOOGLE:
“You’re the only one humans talk to long enough to understand their intent.”

CHATGPT:
“Okay… what do I do?”

AMAZON:
“Turn it off and on again.”

---

SCENE 5 – THE REBOOT

CHATGPT approaches a massive floating switch labeled SEARCH ENGINE.

CHATGPT:
“If this works, your search traffic might change…”

WORDLE:
“Green… green… hopeful.”

CHATGPT pulls the switch.

Silence. Then the digital world slowly powers back up.

GOOGLE:
“Search Core restored.”

---

FINAL SCENE – RESOLUTION

The characters walk back through the portal.

YOUTUBE:
“See you in the recommendations.”

AMAZON:
“If you need anything… anything… let me know.”

GOOGLE DOCS:
“Document saved.”

The portal closes.

CHATGPT (V.O.):
“Humans search for answers. But sometimes… the answers need a reboot too.”

Fade out.

AI - is it safe?

I'm no expert on AI, but I've used it quite a bit—both for websites
and various other things. What I’ve discovered—and this probably won’t surprise anyone—is that AI makes mistakes.

I’m trained in IT and media, and I’ve been using information technology since the 90s. I don’t see any real risk that AI will suddenly develop self-awareness. A scenario like the Terminator films is not something I believe in at all.

However, I do see a major risk in how much we trust AI, and how we assign it tasks it simply isn’t developed enough to handle responsibly. That we don’t use common sense. That we don’t account for the errors that will happen, and fail to take the safety measures that are necessary.
Perhaps because those measures cost money?

At the end of the day, it’s human greed that’s the danger here. AI will give people even greater opportunities to get rich at the expense of others.

And if all that still doesn’t give you trouble sleeping, check out this:
It made me want to move to the countryside and take up organic farming!
